    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, the depositors of these banks since 2006 have been suffering because the bank is still under statutory management. The Committees of this House have recommended the re-opening of the bank, but nobody seems to adhere or in any way comply with the resolutions of this House. Mr. Speaker, Sir, the Assistant Minister has confirmed that Charterhouse bank was closed because of violating the Central Bank’s prudential guidelines. From 2004 to date, could he confirm whether there has been any other bank which has violated similar prudential guidelines? If any, could he table the list before this House? Why is it difficult for him to produce such a list? What is happening here is pure impunity that is making innocent people suffer and we have to protect them."
