    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, the Question by the Member was very specific. His concern about other banks which have violated these guidelines and have not been closed is genuine because we need to know why this bank was closed and not others. Mr. Speaker, Sir, I wish to seek your directions here because the issue of tabling those guidelines is really in the domain of the Ministry of Finance. I have been able to deal with the Question in so far as the issue touching on the defunct Kenya Anti Corruption Commission (KACC) is concerned. We will write to the Ministry of Finance to be able to deal with that particular issue because it falls under CBK and Ministry of Finance."
