    "content": "It is true that I have not been able to respond to that particular issue because the line Ministry that should deal with the direction of this House is the Ministry of Finance. I may have to, perhaps, liaise with them but I am seeking your directions because the Ministry to execute this particular issue, to comply with the direction of this House, is the Ministry of Finance. On the basis of collective responsibility, I can take up the issue, but it would have been more prudent for the relevant Minister, in charge of this department to come before the House and give a clear indication. I seek your directions on the matter."
