    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, while thanking the good Assistant Minister for that open answer, Chepterwai Sub-district Hospital is so removed from major hospitals, including Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital, and is served by so many health facilities and dispensaries. The Assistant Minister has indicated that action will be taken when funds become available. Could he consider the suffering of the people of Nandi North District, where there is no single ambulance, at least, for one to be provided in this financial year?"
