That is because the argument is exactly what you have gone through with regard to the previous amendment that was defeated. There is a need for coalitions both before and after elections. It should be left to the political parties to decide on whether they want to be together in a coalition before or after an election. That is perfectly allowed by the new Constitution. I beg to move."
