    "content": "The next one that I wish to table - I do not know whether the House has it - is the Teachers Service Commission (TSC) Code of Conduct and Ethics, published as a Legal Notice No.137, 2003. I wish to refer to Section 15 for the benefit of the House and the country. This is the professional ethics governing the teaching profession. I am privileged to be in this House together with former prominent teachers. It says:- “A public officer shall not charge or accept any fee for tuition of a student even if the tuition is given outside official hours.” I wish to table this also."
