It is important that we give political parties the democratic freedom to enter into coalitions before and after the elections. The Minister’s amendments are even better. He has said that if you decide to have a pre-election coalition, you have to register the agreement three months before with the Registrar. So, we will know the parties that have agreed to form a coalition and the terms of the coalition will not be a secret. There will be no secret memoranda hidden somewhere. We can also have a coalition after the election. If, for example, you thought that your party was very powerful, but you discover that it is just a briefcase party, you can move to the main parties and agree on a coalition. That is the right way to go. I support."
