    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, while I thank the Minister for her short answer, I would like to tell her that the Departmental Committee on Agriculture, Livestock and Cooperatives is investigating this matter and I find her lack of willingness and sensitivity to this matter--- But it is in public knowledge that early this year, there were these cases in Eastern Province, North Eastern Province, Turkana and at the Coast Province as well. Documentary evidence has been tabled to the Departmental Committee on Agriculture, Livestock and Cooperatives. So, is she in order to mislead the House?"
