    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir. I do not know whether it is lost on the Assistant Minister that his doctors are not treating Kenyans. They are on strike and he is asking for two weeks for Kenyans to continue dying. All we know is that if one of his children or his wife falls sick, he/she may be treated in South Africa or in London. We are talking about doctors who are treating Kenyans now and they are not working."
