    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I rise on a point of order to seek clarification as to whether there is conflict of interest between the PAC and the Departmental Committee on Finance, Planning and Trade, given the fact that the two Committees were looking into the same issue. We already have precedence in this House. The issue was being investigated by the Departmental Committee on Finance, Planning and Trade but the PAC took it up and brought their Report to the House ahead of the other Committee. In the circumstances, what happens to the work of the Committee on Finance, Planning and Trade, which is currently looking into the same matter?"
