    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, the Canadian company Coded Incorporation was contracted by the Fiji Government to do BVR registration and now they have a dispute because the company took the data of Fiji voters and gave it to Canadian intelligence. The question here is for the Assistant Minister to confirm, since he is saying that the purpose of BVR is to prevent double registration, double voting and manipulation of votes, the iris and facial characteristics - including thumb geometry - has anything to do with voting. Can he confirm that only the thumb or one finger will be necessary for the purpose of voting?"
