    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, once the equipment is in the country and the election process is complete, this equipment under Article 86 of the Constitution will be secured by the Commission. If it was to be that after the process again, the equipment is taken back to another country; that fear could be real. I see the fears of the hon. Members, but this equipment will be secured by the IEBC as required by the Constitution. Therefore, no foreign country or body will have a chance to use that particular equipment."
