    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. Can we continue to discuss an issue that is contrary to the Bill of Rights? I want to quote the Bill of Rights, so that the Assistant Minister is aware that he cannot just answer this Question as easily has he is trying to do. This is Article 28 on Human Dignity. It says that:- “Every person has an inherent dignity and the right to have that dignity respected and protected”."
