    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, the Assistant Minister keeps on insisting that they cannot take responsibility for the good or bad deeds of the Colonial Government whereas our good lawyer, hon. Olago Aluoch, has just told him that, as the successor government, the Government of Kenya should be responsible. To show that this Government has an issue where a white man is concerned, they recognise all the land occupied by a white man even to date, but when it comes to the black man, who suffered under the colonial regime, they say: “Excuse me. We cannot deal with this. You know, you were serving the white man, you were not serving us.” They discriminate against the black man, while protecting the properties of their colonial masters in this country."
