"content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, each case will be treated on its own merit. Certainly, I cannot come here and give a general undertaking on matters I have not examined. I very carefully examined the matter of Abass. I got all the information. That is why I am able to say what I will do about it. I have said, and I want to repeat; that if the British Government set up pension funds for its nationals during those days, those funds must be submitting money to the Government of Kenya once their parliament approves the same. So, if hon. Khalwale has issues of any gentlemen in his constituency, he is welcome to bring them to me. I am known by this House as being very sensitive to pensions, having introduced an amendment Bill in this House to take care of pensioners. Therefore, he knows that I am very sympathetic to pensioners. So, I will do my best."
