Members and Committees, including the Constitutional Implementation Oversight Committee (CIOC), Committee on Justice and Legal Affairs and the Committee on Delegated Legislation. Following the consensus built this morning, I wish, with your permission, under Standing No. 51, to make a request for withdrawal of the Motion under Order No. 8. This will allow time for hon.
