In doing so, I would like to point out that the transaction being investigated runs from the period December, 2002 when the initial contract was renewed up to the end of 2011. In this period, three Ministers have served this Ministry and each of them has had an input in their relations with the CBK. What we are describing as a loss is a computed loss.
