    "content": "Finally, I am supporting the amendment that Mr. Kimunya should remain in his job and not to step aside. That is what I am supporting here. Also, the Governor of CBK should remain, because we have said they should be investigated. You cannot have two swords as Parliament. We will not run this nation if we do things the way we want and asking for someone to be investigated by the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission and at the same time we tell him to step aside. What are we doing as Members of Parliament? Let us be fair to people who cannot defend themselves in this House. Probably, Mr. Kimunya can defend himself here; what about the Governor of the CBK? He cannot come here and speak for himself."
