You know to build capacity of communities requires the intervention of not only the Ministry of Water and Irrigation, but also the local leadership that includes hon. Members of Parliament. But meanwhile, our water services boards are going out there to the people and telling them: “This is what should be done.” We are also working with certain very local community based organization (CBOs), who are helping us. I really want to say that in your region, people are coming out very well and they are responding. So, I think this is going to improve."
