    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I agree entirely with the hon. Member. It is true that Northern Water Services Board really covers a very large area to the extent that it cannot provide services properly. That is why we have come up with a new way of giving services to all those areas. That Bill will soon be coming to Parliament so that we change that and bring services closer to the people. I agree with you it is really covering a very large and needy area. But, by and large, I have tried as much as possible within the resources available to attend to all the areas that are really very needy."
