    "content": "(b) In the next Medium-Term Expenditure Framework (MTEF) budget, Financial Year 2012/2013, 2013/2014 and 2014/2015, the ceiling for the Ministry of State for Provincial Administration and Internal Security has been projected at Kshs65,889,642,900, Kshs68,500,000,000 and Kshs69,795,256,600 respectively. With this allocation, the Ministry should be in a position to enhance allocation to facilitate staffing and operations and maintenance for the new administrative units."
