"content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, these theatres were either constructed or renovated by the Ministry. In the process, the Ministry had a chance to partner with some donors in the sense that some theatres were constructed by donors. Why was the money that was supposed to be used for renovation or building theatres in places where the theatres were constructed by donors not used to buy equipment? For example, at the Naitiri Sub-District Hospital, Safaricom built a modern theatre and completed it three years ago, but it has not been equipped up to now. Could the Assistant Minister assure this House that, that theatre will be among the ones that will be equipped now?"
