    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, we shall endeavor to do that. We are using the normal Government channels through the Provincial Administration and our pensions local staff to try and reach the families. However, sometimes, there are difficulties, particularly when it comes to third parties. It is not a direct benefit of pension, but the person whose relatives are being given the money is dead and it takes time to identify these people. Sometimes there is competition between the beneficiaries and so on. We shall, however, endeavor to make sure that all the information that is required reaches the would-be beneficiaries within time. I would also like to appeal to my colleague to assist us in making sure that the request that we make is complied with in time so that we can get over this."
