    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir. If you got what the Assistant Minister is saying, he said the farmers’ infrastructure will benefit. Is he in order to mislead this House that the Government takes care of the insfrastructure in tea growing areas? The farmers do the roads. The farmers are suppling power. Is he in order to mislead this House that the small scale tea growing farmer will benefit out of this while we know it is the farmer who is providing all these services by himself?"
