    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I have given the dates when the consultation meetings were held. I do not have the actual lists of attendance, apart from what I have read. However, I can go back to my office and bring the list for him to see; because this was done properly and everybody was involved. This is provided for in the Act relating to tea. The Act provides that the levy can be increased up to 2 per cent but we did not increase it to 2 per cent. We are only talking about 1 per cent."
