In northern Kenya where there is so much clan politics, bringing somebody from 200 kilometres can actually cause more insecurity and crisis than solving a problem. However, as I support his position, could the Minister inform the House why due diligence was not done by the Provincial Administration to ensure that such a thing will not happen where somebody is appointed and then embarrassed again by being fired?"
