    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, I am asking the Assistant Minister: What long term plan does the Ministry have to make sure that the roads which they have earmarked for a specific period are completed on time? That is not the only road from Limuru. The hon. Member has a right to complain about it. In my constituency I have some roads which were earmarked for construction and some funds were allocated and yet, they were not completed. In fact, I can give an example of a specific road from Elmentaita to Mau Narok which has never been started."
