    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, on 22nd of July, 2009, this Parliament passed a Motion urging the Government to establish the National Drought Management Authority. On that day, I successfully moved that Motion. By Legal Notice No. 121 of October, 2011, the President, through an Executive Order, established the National Drought Management Authority. This is a State Corporation vested with authority and the powers to manage drought in our Republic."
