    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, in his answer, the Assistant Minister says: - if you look at the third paragraph – “The following documents are required by the Ministry to be submitted by the school management for the processing of his terminal benefit”. That is what is required by the Ministry to be submitted by the school management for the Ministry to pay what it is supposed to pay up to 1993. The documents he has listed are supposed to be provided by the school where this worker was. Why does the Ministry not write to the school administrators so that they can provide these documents instead of waiting for this retiree who is now in the village to look for these documents?"
