    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, it is true that once the road has been constructed under the AFD or under the Roads 2000 Programme, it is left to the Ministry. More importantly, we have the Roads Maintenance Levy that this House agreed to divide equally among all the constituencies. This money is meant for the maintenance of these roads including those that were previously developed under the Roads 2000. So, once the road has been upgraded under the Roads 2000, the maintenance of the same goes back to the Ministry."
