    "content": " Mr. Speaker, Sir, I beg to reply. (a) Funds for Chepalungu Constituency Industrial Development Centre (CIDC) were provided for in 2009/2010. The project started off very well. The contractor erected four rooms up to lintel level and a toilet pit was dug. At the time of demise of the contractor, a sum of Kshs618,597.80 had been paid. However, before a new contractor was engaged the funds were returned to Treasury. (b) My Ministry will complete the project along with other pending projects awaiting allocation of funds."
