    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, while appreciating the answer given by the Assistant Minister on the reason for dismissing this officer for being absent from duty between 6th July and 24th July, you will appreciate that dismissal from service is a very harsh punishment considering that this officer had worked well in two counties. As a result of this decision, the officer is suffering from depression and his lifestyle has changed. Now that the Assistant Minister has said he cannot reinstate this officer, could he consider paying him some service gratuity in lieu of dismissal so that at least he can have a decent life?"
