Even with the two months we are asking for to go through them and do a thorough scrutiny, I think it should be possible that we look at them even if those amendments added two months; to me, that would be interim because what we are looking at here is a scenario where unless we take precautions such as this, I dare say that we are looking at a situation where the elections may not be what Kenyans expect them to be. So, I am proposing that we make that amendment to apply, so that we look at them as being applicable in the interim so that we can give them a thorough scrutiny."
