    "content": "Therefore, this is not a matter we can joke around with. Teachers are pursuing a legitimate right. They are pursuing an agreement they reached with the Government. It is not out of the blues that teachers have gone on strike. The Government knew that they had entered into an agreement with teachers, but the same Government has refused to implement it. It is, therefore, the fault of the Government, and not that of teachers."
