    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, Richard Whitney once said that a man is called selfish, not for pursuing his own good but for neglecting his neighbours. What the House is doing this afternoon is to rise up and address the good of the teachers of this country. I just want to go on record, and it is good that this Ministry is headed by an eminent senior counsel; he needs to put on record - I believe he has done so - that Article 41 of the Constitution is emphatic and express. It is unequivocal that what teachers are doing right now is their Constitutional entitlement. I want to read it verbatim for the record. “Every person has a right to fair labour practices. Every worker has the right to fair remuneration, reasonable working conditions, to form, join or participate in the activities and programmes of a trade union and fundamentally to go on strike.”"
