Assistant Minister – and I pray hard that he becomes the next Governor – that the teachers have been conned by the Government. They are being beaten by policemen, who have been conned by the same Government. They are taken to hospital and received by nurses who have been conned by the same Government and treated by doctors who have been conned by the same Government. All that is reported by the Kenya Broadcasting Corporation staff who have been conned by the same Government."
