Members, we have notification from the Minister that he is not able to be in the House this afternoon because of the emergence of an emergency situation sometime earlier on today. Therefore, the Minister is not able to be here. Given the nature of his portfolio, I think this is understandable. So, Member for Wajir South, we will have to defer this, as per the Minister’s request, to Tuesday, 11th September, 2012 at 2.30 p.m. Is that good for you?"
