    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I have discussed with the Assistant Minister why I asked that Question. I sit in the Committee on Defence and Foreign Relations. This is a matter that came up purely because of Article 241 (3) (c) in regard to the deployment of our Defence Forces. For the benefit of Members, I wish to read. It says as follows:- “The Defence Forces may be deployed to restore peace in any part of Kenya affected by unrest or instability only with the approval of the National Assembly”."
