    "content": "asked the Minister for Roads:- (a) whether he could confirm that the rehabilitation works on Maiella- Ngondi-Kongoni Road (D331/E445) have stalled thereby greatly affecting Maiella residents who cannot transport their agricultural produce to the market; (b) whether he could state the names of the two firms that were awarded the contract and explain how the contract was awarded; and, (c) when the works will resume and whether he could assure the House that sections that were shoddily done will be re-done and further state when the works to upgrade the road from Suswa to Elementaita (E445/D331/D322/E446) to bitumen standard will commence."
