    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 33 of the Bill be amended- (a) in paragraph (b) by deleting the word “manage” and substituting therefor the word “administer”; and (b) by deleting paragraph (g). Proposal in Part “b” is just to expresses it better. Instead of managing, we are saying that his job should be to administer. We are also saying that he has no business in setting up some frameworks. They should not be managing or mis-managing political parties. That should be outside their province. I beg to move."
