    "content": "Indeed, the Minister is right to assert that the House is not powerless, and that the House does not act in vain. There is a report of the Committee which this House, by a unanimous resolution, adopted. So, it is expected that the Governor of the CBK will comply with it and effect those recommendations. If he fails to do so, the House is at liberty to take further steps as it deems appropriate, and, indeed, as the law permits. So, I will urge hon. Members to move to the next step. The Minister has categorically said that he agrees with all the recommendations of the Committee. I do not see what better support you can expect from the Minister. That is as strong as he can be. So, the matter must rest there."
