Last week on Thursday, 30th August, I sought a Ministerial Statement from the Minister of State for Provincial Administration and Internal Security regarding the disappearance of one Pius Kimani Karumba and because of the situation as it was then, I did not get a commitment from the Minister as to when the Statement would be brought to the House. I seek your indulgence, so that the Deputy Leader of Government Business may communicate to the relevant Minister when to issue this Statement on security in Gatundu and Ruiru."
