So, when a Member of this august House decides to disparage our names generally, without a specific mention of whoever he thinks he has evidence on; is very grave and needs to be investigated. Indeed, there is no need for investigation because it is the person who makes the allegations who has a responsibility to prove them. He does not have any right to make allegations that he cannot prove."
