"content": "The jury will tell you who is stronger, even if hon. Members were to take a vote. I think it is unfair to cast aspersions on Prof. Phillip Kaloki to the effect that, perhaps, he was deliberately chosen, which is not true. As I have said, any Member of the Panel would have presided over that debate. So, we will leave the matter there. For the moment, if those allegations are true, as reported in the Press, they are unfortunate and I condemn the allegations as made by hon. Khalwale in the strongest terms; but we leave the final inquiry, decision and censure or sanctions to the Powers and Privileges Committee."
