Whereas I accept the point raised by the Minister that the matter is awaiting endorsement by the court, I wish to know at the moment whether the Minister can give evidence to me with regard to this caution so that I tell the community that their land is secure. Otherwise, as it is now, we are not sure whether the Registrar, who has been aware of what has been happening in Nyandarua, has really endorsed the caution from the Ministry to avoid this wetland from being destroyed."
