(b) The contractor had initially faced some delays which necessitated the need for an extension of time which was granted as it is allowed in the contract but so far, the works are ongoing. (c) I would like to confirm to the House that the quality of the works done will be according to the contractual specifications as are in the contract between ourselves and the contractor."
