    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, this is the road leading to the major beaches in Mbita Constituency and a section of Gwassi Constituency, namely, Sindo. Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, the place between Kona Kodoyo and Ogongo is completely impassable. The section of that road cannot be maintained now using the normal routine maintenance fund and yet the contractor has completely ignored it. Therefore, when it rains, it is a total nightmare to the motorists. What has the Minister done to ensure that when the contractor carries out the works, the sections which have not been done are repaired to motorable condition?"
