    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, the Homa Bay-Mbita Road is very important for the fishermen around Lake Victoria. In fact, this is the road that will go round to Migori County where I come from. Many people in South Nyanza are very concerned about the construction of this road. Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, the Minister has just told us that they have paid Kshs1.7 billion which is more than a half of the amount earmarked for this road. Apart from telling us that the quality assurance department makes sure that this road is constructed as per specifications, could he tell us what amount of work has been done on this road so far as compared to the total work that they expect to be done on the road?"
