One, there were heavy rains in the place and the contractor was not able to work in that kind of weather condition. Two, the scopes of work were increased to further improve the level of the road. Those are the two main reasons which necessitated the delay in completion of the road. The information I have here does not show the amount of work done and what is remaining to be done."
