(a) I am aware that Mutyambua Youth Empowerment Centre has not been officially commissioned for use by the youths as the Ministry is in the process of delivering chairs and tables to the empowerment centre and also completion of the branding in readiness for the commissioning. (b) The Youth Empowerment Centre will be commissioned for use on 29th September, 2012."
